We provide general maintenance and repair and can also respond 24hrs a day to an emergency call out for any unforeseen problems. Certification for Landlords
We are able to provide certification to ensure your properties are compliant with current legislation and regulations, It is recommended that they are formally inspected and tested by an electrician on change of occupancy, and at least once every ten years.
Inspection, testing and certification
We can provide testing, inspection and certification for landlords needing certification for legislation and insurance purposes.
It is recommended that periodic inspection and testing is carried out at least every:
- 10 years for a domestic installation
- 5 years for a commercial installation
- 1 year for swimming pools
- Other instances when a periodic inspection should be carried out are:
- When a property is being prepared to be let
- Prior to selling a property or when buying a previously occupied property
As well as a full thorough visual inspection the following tests are also carried out with a Megger MFT 1553 tester which is one of the latest pieces of equipment available.
